At East Hill Family Dentistry, our treatment recommendations are based on the patient’s needs, not on their insurance coverage. If we believe you oral condition would benefit from treatment that may not be fully covered, we will advise you as such and can make arrangements with you if you are interested. It is important to us that you receive the treatment you need and we can discuss your recommended treatment and the associated fees to help organize your appointments and budget. Please keep in mind that your insurance is a contract between you and the insurance company/employer. You are ultimately responsible for your account. We offer electronic claim submissions and accept payment directly from insurance company when possible. We ask that you provide the front desk team with your policy numbers/information and inform them of any changes to your policy at each visit. For your convenience, we accept cash, debit, visa and mastercard and personal cheque.
